A busy person always wants to have a good meal but does not take much time to cook. I work everyday for 8 to 12 hours so I want something easy and fast . I came up with this easy Ravioli recipe and it does not need much cooking at all.
Ingredients: Store bought Ravioli ( Tomato and Mozzarella ) or your favorite filling, Store bought Tomato sauce, Olives , Onion, Garlic, Chili ( optional ) , Oregano, Olive Oil, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
Cook the Ravioli as instructed and save some of the cooking water.
I chopped the Onion, Garlic, Chili ( optional ) in a food chopper . In a saucepan add a little Olive oil and in with the chopped mix with oregano , salt and pepper.
When the Onions turn translucent add the Olives, and cook for a couple of minutes then add the Tomato Sauce with the water saved from the pasta cooking.
Cook the Sauce for five minutes ( covered ) on low heat. Add the cooked Ravioli mix well and serve with Parmesan shavings and oregano.

The latest and most talked about food joint in K-Town is IHOP ( International House of Pancakes ) . Many of our friends and family who already tried it had mixed feelings , they either liked it or hated it .
The place is pretty big a large inside seating area and an outer one too , and we sat out side .The cutest syrup jars with four differnt flavours are placed on each table.
The menu was full of breakfast dishes which they serve all day along with sandwiches , burgers , waffles and of course Pancakes.
I chose the combo pancake and it consists of two eggs your way, hash brown , two pieces of bacon or sausages and two pancakes ( eight kinds to choose from ) I went with the New York Cheesecake . My drink was a lemon mango punch.
The drink was a soda and a flavored syrup , they gave me a spoon to mix it up. It actually tasted so refreshing .
My first part of my dish, the savory one , did not look appetizing, nor tasted good at all and the sausages were burned to death.
My brother went for a sandwich, a chicken sandwich with sundried tomatoes . He liked it except for the sundried tomatoes were to chewy.
Now lets get to the good part, the Pancakes .
My brother chose the Chocolate chip Pancake and of course mine the New York Cheesecake.
The pancakes , they were Fluffy , airy, warm and so delicious .
IHOP is located in The Avenues , Grand Avenues - Soku first floor .
