Food: My Very Own Canape!

Cooking is one of my favourite hobbies & I like being creative with food. Today I came up with shrimp cocktail bites. Here's how to make them:
You will need:
- Bread Talk's mini coloured sliced bread (toast).
- Americana breaded shrimps.
- French fries.
- Shredded cheese.
- Cocktail sauce: Ketchup - Mayonaise - Mustard & Garlic.

1- Fry the fries & shrimp & put one of each on a slice of bread.
2- Make the sauce & add it to the shrimp then top with cheese.
3- Place the bread in a baking tray with a baking sheet so it won't stick then into the pre-heated oven until cheese melts.
4- If you don't like cocktail sauce, you can use tartar or sweet chilli sauce.
