Voortman Cookies with Omega 3

Omega 3 fatty acids are fats commonly found in marine and plant oils also known as N-3 fatty acids . N-3 fatty acid shave health benefits and are considered essential fatty acids, meaning that they cannot be synthesized by the human body but are vital for normal metabolism.
Common sources of n–3 fatty acids include fish oils, algal oil, squid oil and some plant oils such as echium oil and flaxseed oil.

The most common or source known here is the Fish oil Capsules but if you are looking for an Omega-3 vegetarian alternative there are a few found in the healthy food section in the super markets.

My Personal favorite is Voortman's  Oatmeal and Cranberry Cookies with Flaxseed.
